Ingredients

    50 Grams Butter, salted
    50 Grams Flour, white
    2.05 cup Milk full fat 1 cup woolworths
    4 Serving(s) cheese grated
    4 serving(s) Gluten free pasta penne
    4 serving(s) Spring water tuna

Directions

First boil some water in a saucepan for the pasta, once boild add the packet of 340g gluten free penne pasta or any pasta you prefer, in a different sauce pan, Measure out 50g of butter and melt it in a sauce pan, once melted measure out 50g of white flour and add small bits of flour to the butter while stirring together until it makes a paste then measure out 600mls of milk and pour that in with the butter and flour mixture and stir until combine, once that's all mixed together add 2 cups of grated cheese and stir that in until all of it is melted and combine them add one 425g can of tuna once drained and stir through. Once the pasta is cooked and drained mix in the sauce with the pasta. Now it's ready to serve
