Ingredients

1 cup Butter, salted
2 cup, packed Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Karo Light Corn Syrup (by DHOVAN)
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Baking Soda
20 cup Popcorn, air-popped
1 tsp burnt sugar falvoring
1 serving butter flavoring
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Using a air popper, pop 5 qt popcorn. Place into a heavy roasting pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
In a heavy 4qt sauce pan heat butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil and boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
Remove from heat, add flavorings, salt and then baking soda.
Mix will foam up, pour over the popped corn and mix well.
Cook in oven for 45-60 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
Place large heavy duty plastic bag onto counter top. Pour carmel corn and spread. Allow to cool and place into airtight containers.
Excellent for the Christmas Holidays
