Ingredients

    6 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
    9 oz Omaha Steak Top Sirloin Steak
    8 oz Lump Crab Meat (by RUMPSHAKKER)
    2 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    1 tbsp Moore's original marinade

Directions

Cut steak into small pieces and marinate steak in Moore's original Marinade for 1 hour. Drain marinade from steak and cook until medium in skillet then remove from heat. Toss lump crab meat into skillet with steak and sprinkle with old bay, then set aside.

Place 3 tortillas on baking sheet or pizza stone. Layer with cheese then meat then cheese. Top with remaining tortillas. Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes.

Serve with a low calorie creamy horseradish sauce. I like inglehoff brand.
