Ingredients

8 oz Shrimp, raw
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Parsley
1 lemon
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Tips
I like to toss scampi in zoodles and add halved grape tomatoes.
Directions
Grate the lemon and juice it; set aside.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and garlic and cook until the shrimp is pink.
Stir in the lemon juice and grated peel, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
