    caribbean Joy Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup
    Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 8 oz
    Twinlab 100% Whey Protein Fuel : 2 scoops
    Splenda, 2 tsp
    banana, pineapple, or coconut extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp


Blend all the ingredients in a blender, with some ice. Make sure to use the Caribbean Joy coconut milk as it is only 40 calories per 1/4 cup serving.
