Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Semolina, unenriched
    1 cup Rice flour, white
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tbsp Salt
    20 1tsp Sesame Oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except oil. Dry mix it first and then add water to make it into a batter. The batter should be a bit more watery than the normal dosa. Once the batter is ready, start making dosas in a flat pan by taking one ladle of batter and spreading it on the pan in round motion. Pour 1/2 tsp of oil, once the side on the pan is brown, turn it and add another 1/2 tsp of oil. Once both sides are brown, take it out of the pan. You can leave it a little longer to make the dosas a bit more crispy. Serve with chutney or sambhar.
