Ingredients

    1000.0 Grams Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
    50.0 Grams Butter, unsalted
    2.0 small Onions, raw
    1000.0 mL Water, tap
    2.0 tsp
    some cumin and cream to taste

Directions

Fry the pealed and chopped pumpkin a bit before adding water to boil until soft. Fry the chopped onions separately too be added before blending. Serve with cheese or cream and fresh basil.
