Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 cup Grapeseed Oil
    1.8 cup Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    6.0 serving three bean salsa
    2.0 tbsp hot curry paste
    1.0 cup Rogan Josh Curry
    1.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
    1.0 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh
    10.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    1.0 packet Curry Sauce

Directions

Saute onions in oil till golden. Add curry sauces stirring constantly. Lastly add adzuki beans and three bean and mix and let cook under low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or quinoa. Serving Size: 6
