Ingredients

1 cup, halves Apricots, dried
2 cup, chopped Pecans
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.25 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Tips
Use dark chocolate mini chips for best flavor. Do not over bake.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a blender, blend the apricots and pecans until ground.
Add in eggs, salt and vanilla. Process until the mixture has started to form into a ball. Transfer to a medium bowl and add the chocolate chips, mix well.
Place the mixture in well-greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
Bars will be soft.
Refrigerate any left-overs.
