    3 clove Garlic
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 serving Salt - 365 Sea Salt (1/4 Tsp)
    2 serving Nature's Greens, Collard Greens, 3 Cups
    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    1/2 cup is a Serving

Tips

You can add in ham hocks or bacon if you want a smokey taste. The hammock you can just add in with all the other ingredients. The bacon you can cook on the side and chop up and add in. Calorie intake will change slightly if you add in meat.


Directions

Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a soft boil and then simmer on super low heat for up to 2 hours to get a tender texture.
