Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Paprika
    2.0 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.25 cup Canola Oil
    1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    6.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    6.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    6.0 tsp yellow curry powder

Directions

Add oil. When oil is hot add chicken. When chicken is evenly brown add veggies and cover for 6-8 minutes til broccoli is tender. Add garlic and all other spices. Add 1/4 cup water. Let simmer for for 5 minutes or until liquid becomes paste. Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings
