10 oz pkg Thin & Trim All Natural Chicken Sausage (Sweet Italian w Red Peppers) , sliced into rounds
4 clove Garlic
28 oz can Cento All Purpose Crushed Tomatoes
4 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1.5 tsp kosher salt
0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp franks hot sauce
9 oz pkg Fresh Foods Market Delicatessen Four Cheese Tortellini
15.8 oz can Bush's Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
5 oz Baby Spinach
Directions
In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until tender and lightly golden, 6 minutes. Add chicken sausage and cook until sausage is golden, 4 minutes more. Stir in garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bring to a rolling simmer and add tortellini. Simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in white beans and spinach and cook until wilted, 1 minute.
