Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    4 sprays olive oil cooking spray
    1 cup broccoli, florets, fresh
    1 cup snow peas, fresh
    1 medium bell red pepper, cut in strips
    6 oz Tyson® Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips
    2/3 cup bottled stir-fry sauce

Directions

Wash hands. Heat oil and oil cooking spray in large nonstick skillet over high. Place vegetables in skillet and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add steak strips to vegetables. Stir-fry 2 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp and meat is thoroughly heated.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot cooked rice. (Rice not included in POINTS value.)

    Love it that you start with "wash hands"! Good for you, what a great way to begin. I'll be trying this tonight. Have to look for low sodium soy sauce, that will be my only sub. - 1/27/12
