Ingredients

1 piece of wholegrain or wholemeal bread, toasted

    1 egg

    1 medium tomato, diced

    1/4 large onion, sliced

1 slice of lean lunch ham

1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Philadelphia Cream Cheese (or original if preffered)

    Herbs and spices to taste.

Directions

1. In a large pan place a small drizzle of olive oil. Break the egg into an egg ring.

2. In separate sections around the frying pan place diced tomato, sliced onion and ham.

3. Toast bread to your liking.

4. When frying pan ingredients are cooked to your liking, butter the bread with philadelphia and place egg, tomato, ham and onion on top, like a stack.
