Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    1 kiwi fruit cut into 12 chunks
    1 plum cut into 12 chunks
    1 orange cut into 12 chunks
    1 cup fresh diced pineapple
    12 strawberries
    2.5 oz chocolate, dark or semi sweet
    wooden skewers

Directions

melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave at 30 second intervals. dip strawberries and let them cool on wax paper.
While the strawberries are cooling skewer the rest of the fruit in a fun rainbow pattern, placing the blueberries on the stick first as they will hold on the rest of the fruit and put the chocolate strawberries last as they look awesome.
