Ingredients

    16 oz Omaha Steak Top Sirloin Steak
    400 gram(s) Udon Noodles - PC (large white chinese noodles) 1pack/200g (by CANADIAN69)
    2 tsp Sambal Oelek (by LOUP59)
    .0625 cup Flour, white
    3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    27 gram(s) Sweet Additions Stevia
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    2 1tsp Coconut Oil
    2 1tsp Sesame Oil
    3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 cup Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin (by TAMI_E)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw

Directions

Step 1 Place steak and cornstarch in a bowl; toss to coat. Combine sugar, 3 tablespoons water, and soy sauce in a bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Step 2 Heat a large skillet over high. Add 1 teaspoon canola oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil; swirl to coat. Add steak to pan in a single layer; cook 5 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove steak from pan; keep warm.
Step 3 Reduce heat to medium-high. Add remaining 1 teaspoon canola oil and remaining 1
teaspoon sesame oil to pan. Add mushroom, peppers, onion, and carrot; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add garlic, and ginger; cook 1 minute. Add steak and soy sauce mixture to pan; bring to a boil, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.

Serving Size: makes 9- 8 oz servings
