Ingredients

    4 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
    1 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw
    6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    9 oz Beef Chuck Roast - Blade (by FRENCHMARKET)
    1 cup Beef Gravy
    1.5 cup Spaghetti Pasta - Catelli Smart (1 cup cooked = .5 cup listed) (by RANDERS5)
    1 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)

Directions

Add oil to wok-like frying pan and stir fry vegetable ingredients adding one at a time until slightly soft. Add beef and cook 1-2 min. then add gravy and mix thoroughly. Heat up.
Cook pastaal dente then serve with beef mixture on top. Enjoy.
