    Very Good
This was so good. When I replaced the cheese with vegan cheese the protein went way down. I added in vegan pepperoni to bring the protein back up. Very yummy! I'll definitely make this again. - 8/7/14

    Incredible!
Yummy. Added Turkey Italian Sausage. Hubby said it reminded him of Lasagna. I think next time I will add some spinach or kale to the veg saute. We loved this. - 2/18/13
