Ingredients

    3/4 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup molasses
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp.salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    sugar to roll in

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Roll into 24 small balls. Dip one side in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Don't overbake!
