Introduction

If your kids are like mine they will only eat what is inside any pot pie. So I decided to skip the crust and make my own filling. Heathy and taste Great! Ingredients

    3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup California mixed vegetables, frozen 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 3 cup Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

You could add all the ingredients at the same time and leave if if you could not be at home. but I would wait to put in the California Mix in until you got home and give it another 30 min. or the colifower will turn to mush.


Directions

This recipe is for a slow cooker but can be done on the stove just need more water. Place chicken and cup of water in crock pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 5 hours high for 3 hours. When there is one hour left to cook check on chick to see if it easily falls to shreds. If it does then add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. leave for the rest of the time and done. If it doesn't fall a part easy then its up to you if want to wait for it to do so or just add everything then. Still taste wonderful. Again if you wanted to cook on stove boil chicken in 3 to 4 cups of water until it falls a part. Then drain extra water Add the 1 cup water and rest of the ingredients Let cook on low for 1 hour.
