Ingredients

    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw diced (skin on)
    0.5 medium Rutabagas diced
    4 each Broccoli Stems, peeled and diced
    1 tsp table salt
    1 tsp mixed herbs (your choice)
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Roast in oven for 40 min stirring once half way.
