Ingredients

    8 oz CHOBANI Greek Yogurt - plain nonfat yogurt (8oz/227g) (by BANDUCCICM) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Salt 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Zuccini Squash

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use silicone baking cups if you have them and spray a bit of baker's magic in the cups/tins for ez release. Add zucchini (or other vegs) and cheese to cups and then spoon yogurt mixture on the filling in the cups. use a toothpick or spoon to make sure the thick mixture settles to the bottom of the cups. Bake for an hour(60 mins) and watch the browning of the tops/edges. allow to cool and quiches should release from the silicone cups or the muffin tins easily.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cupcake tin sized mini quiche or 24 mini muffin pan quiches
