Ingredients

    2.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    450.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    8.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    3.55 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    4.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    10.0 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce

Directions

Fry ground chicken breast in 1 tbs of olive olive salt and pepper to taste. Once done add onions carrots celery till cooked. Then add garlic a package of taco seasoning and bay leaf. Once muxed though add 28 oz can if crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer about a half hour. Then add half cup Frank's hot sauce or chicken wing sauce. Add blue cheese if wanted to taste. Did not add in this calculation
