Ingredients

    10 ounces canned tuna in oil
    5.5 ounce can of great northern beans, drained and rinsed well
    1/2 cup chopped red onions
    1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
    1/2 cup julienned sundried tomatoes
    2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
    Handful chopped fresh parsley
    Juice of half a lemon
    Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions

1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients above.
Gently stir until everything is mixed well.
2. Serve room temperature, or if desired, you may
chill this in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
