Ingredients

3 tbsp Peanut Oil
2 tsp Garlic Minced
1.5 tsp Ginger Root
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups Onion (raw), chopped
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1/2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 fl. oz Sherry, dry
2 tbsp Cornstarch
16 oz angel hair pasta - barilla
2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 cup diagonally sliced Green Onion
Directions
Heat wok; add oil
Add garlic, ginger root, and red pepper. Saute about 5 seconds. Add onion & stir-fry until translucent. Crumble in ground turkey and stir-fry until brown.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup chicken broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sherry. Stir into meat mixture. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in remaining broth. Slowly stir into meat mixture & cook till sauce is thick.
In separate bowl, combine hot, cooked noodles & sesame oil. Pour sauce over top and serve.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings (1 cup pasta, 1/2 cup sauce)
