Ingredients

    7.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 clove Garlic
    1 large Onions, raw
    2 carrot Carrots, cooked
    2 stalks Celery, cooked
    1.50 cup Lentils
    1 serving Knorr Vegetable Bouillon, 1 cube (by LUCKY-13)
    .50 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tsp Paprika
    0.50 tsp Original Spike Seasoning (by MAURIZIA)
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen

Directions

In soup kettle, bring water to a boil. Add garlic, onion, carrots, celery, lentils, and bouillon. Return to boil. Add seasonings. Mix well. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 60 minutes. If you want a creamier consistency you can puree 1/2 the soup in blender or food processor. Return to heat and add corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
