Ingredients

    1/2 cup, chopped red peppers
    1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
    24 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 cup 2% Milk
    1/4 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    Salt & pepper to taste
    3 Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, chopped

Tips

Add/substitute other veggies as desired.


Directions

Spray muffin tins with Pam. Split chopped peppers and spinach evenly between muffin tins. Mix remaining incredients except sausage and divide evenly between muffin tins. Top each muffin with sausage pieces. Cook at 375 F for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm, or refrigerage when cool and enjoy within 4-5 days.
