Ingredients

1 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh
1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
8 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
4 medium Carrots, raw
0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
100 gram(s) Chinese Garlic Chives (by BLASIAN-BEAUTY)
2 tsp Ginger Root
2 clove Garlic
Directions
In a small bowl, prepare sauce by whisking tamari, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute carrots, corn, and red pepper.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring and regularly adding water one tablespoon at a time if sticking occurs.
Add edamame, garlic chives, and sauce to the skillet. Stir and continue to cook until vegetables are fork tender.
Serve as is or over brown rice.
