    1 cup of Lowfat Keir, pomegranate flavor
    3/4 scoop of Soy Protein Powder
    10 frozen, sweet cherries
    1 banana
    Splash of orange or pomegranate juice (optional)
    5-8 ice cubes


Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes one large smoothie, or two smaller snacks.
