Ingredients
-
12 serving Pillsbury Crescent Seamless Dough Sheet (by ZYXIFRASH)
6 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces)
1 cup Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic Spaghetti Sauce
6 serving Cheese Sargento Pepper Jack Slices
4 tbsp BBQ Sauce - Stubbs, Original (by OCKEY53)
Tips
I slightly rolled the perimeter of the crescent sheet to give a more substantial crust. It turned out fantastic!
Directions
Preheat oven per Crescent roll package. 375 degrees for 11-13 min.
Cube up chicken and cook on stove-top with no oil until just barely done. Season chicken as desired. I used Kickin Chicken, Oregano, Salt, Rosemary, and Garlic Powder.
Prepare Crescent crust by spreading out 2 Crescent sheets on a large cookie sheet. Lightly coat with Extra Virgin Olive oil (1 cap total over both sheets) Apply and spread out sauce.
Add chicken and spread out evenly over both crescent sheets. Break up 3 slices of Pepperjack cheese for each crescent sheet.
Drizzle 2 tbsp bbq sauce over each sheet.
