Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 can (11 oz), undiluted Black Bean Soup (beans drained)

    Following to taste;

    Red pepper flakes
    salt
    pepper
    smoked parika
    garlic and onion powder
    oregano

Directions

Drain the beans and reserve liquid. Either hand mash, or blend beans to chunky or pasty, use reserved liquid to rehydrate if using a blender. Everything but the smoked paprika in a bowl and mix well. Portion using a 1 cup measuring cup, makes 5 cups. Place on baking sheet at 425 degrees, dust smoked paprika on top and bake for 35 min.
