These bars are ideal for a high protein meal or snack with virtually no sugar added. These bars are ideal for a high protein meal or snack with virtually no sugar added.

Ingredients

    1 serving Smucker's Organic Natural Peanut Butter Chunky (1lb)
    1 serving Nutty Naturals Coconut Chips (3oz)
    2 serving Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup
    2 serving 100% Whey Protein, IntraMedic, Classic Vanilla, 2 scoops (34oz) (by LSCONTI)
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Tips

To reduce calories cut them I half, but they are very filling and will keep you nourished for several hours.


Directions

Mix all ingredients until soft and plyable
Place in pan on waxed paper
Refrigerate for about 2 hours
Cut into bars and wrap them individually
