Ingredients

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
0.25 cup, packed Raisins
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
4 oz Walnuts

Tips
I chip up my raisins and walnuts very fine. I also cut up an 80% dark chocolate bar (12 oz) because we cannot get dark chocolate chips here.
Directions
Oven 350 degrees F. Spray 8 inch pan with oil.
Combine eggs, peanut butter, raisins, banana and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in oats, baking powder, salt and stevia.
Fold in chocolate chips and diced walnuts.
Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool pan on wire rack. Cut into 10-12 bars and store in the refrigerator.
