Ingredients

    Ground turkey or beef
    1/2 white onion
    kidney beans
    chili beans
    yellow corn
    diced tomatoes
    black beans
    taco seasoning
    ranch dressing mix (1/2-1 package)
    northern beans (optional)
    avocado (optional)
    cheese (optional)
    sour cream (optional)

Directions

Brown the ground meat and onion with some of the taco seasoning. Once the meat is browned drain any grease. Add beans, corn and tomatoes until the desired amount of taco soup is made. Stir in taco seasoning and the ranch dressing powder mix to taste. Cook until warm.

This can be served with cheese, sour cream, and diced avocado mixed into the soup. Corn bread is also a great side dish.
