Ingredients

    16 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4 serving Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Bread Pork chops, cook in oil, make sauce with onions and ketchup
