Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/1/2-inch cubes
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
MARINADE:
1 egg white
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Lg. Baking potatoes
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Directions
Serving Size 11 oz.
Servings per recipe 4
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
3. Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
4. Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
5. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture. Spray baking pan with oil and wipe off excess. Place chicken nuggets on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until nuggets are golden brown.
6. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 1/2-inch strips to look like a fat french fry. Toss with olive oil, garlic and salt.
7. Spray baking sheet with oil and wipe off excess. Place potatoes in a single layer and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Tastes and looks like chicken McNuggets.
*Serve with fries or potatoes without garlic.
