Ingredients



    Mahi Mahi, 12 oz
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp

Directions

Place fish in shallow pan. Mix ingredients and marinate mahi mahi for 20 minutes. Reserve marinade.
Heat 1 tbsn olive oil in pan, cook fish 4-6 minutes each side until fish flakes easily.
remove Mahi Mahi to platter. Boil marinade in pan until it reaches consistency of glaze, spoon over fish. serve immediately

    Very Good
    I made this the other day and it was great.
    When looking at the calories though we use only a fraction of the sauce so your calories are less then indicated.
    Next time I make it I may cut the sauce in half.
