Ingredients

    1.5 lb Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    12 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 serving Apple, Gala (medium)

Directions

Butter in to InstantPot, turn on saute
Slice apples, thin
Coat apples with mix of brown sugar, 1 T cinnamon, 1 t nutmeg.
Saute for 4 minutes
Turn InstantPot off
Season pork chops with S & P, both sides
Turn InstantPot to meat setting
Put pork chops on top
Cook 10 minutes
Quick release and serve

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of one pork chop each plus 1/4 of the apples
