Ingredients

    3 tbsp Lard
    3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 large Onions, raw
    0.50 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce
    2 fl. oz Sherry, dry
    1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)

Directions

Slice pork thinly across the grain into bite-size strips. For marinade, blend 1/2 cup water into cornstarch; stir in Oyster sauce, sherry, soy sauce and sugar; mix well. Add pork; let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Drain meat, reserving marinade; set aside.
Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat; add the oil. Stir-fry onion in hot oil about 3 minutes or till crisp-tender. Remove onion. (Add more oil, if necessary). Add broccoli, stir fry until crisp-tender. Remove broccoli. Add half the pork to hot wok or skillet; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Remove pork. Stir-fry remaining pork 2 to 3 minutes. Return all meat to wok or skillet.
Stir reserved marinade and stir into pork. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in onion and broccoli; cover and cook 1 minute. Makes 4 servings.
