Ingredients

    1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    8 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello)
    2 tbsp Great Lakes unflavored Beef Gelatin (1 serv = 1 tbsp or 1/4 oz or 7 g)
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Boil water and add gelatin and 17g Jello pack.
Stir to dissolve.
Slowly incorporate coconut milk (shake can before opening coconut milk to reincorporate parts that have settled.).
Transfer to your mold of choice - I used a silicone ice cube tray
Refrigerate a couple hours or until set!

Serving Size: makes 16 bits in my molds
