Ingredients

    64 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 198 gram(s) Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green Chilies Mild (by ISLAND7172) 4 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 1 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 1.5 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Rub pork roast with mixture. Wrap tightly in tin foil. Place on top of roasting rack in baking dish. Roast in preheated oven 4 hours or until falling apart. Remove from oven. Shred and serve with all your favorite taco fixings.
