Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted melted and cooled
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Coconut Oil melted and cooled
    4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 oz (20 halves) Pecans chopped and toasted
    2.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    10.0 serving Hershey Kisses (one kiss)
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    20.0 tbsp Toll House Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips Serving Size 1 Tbsp servings per bag about 20

Directions

preheat oven to 350, butter 2 loaf pans. combine dry ingredients in small bowl. mix mashed banana with fats in large bowl. add sugar, eggs, vanilla. put Hershey kisses and 1 tsp of the dry ingredients in a small food processor and pulse them into a powder. add to dry ingredients. add dry ingredients to banana mixture to moisten but don't mix too much. stir in all but 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and put equal accounts of batter in loaf pans. chop and toast pecans, when cool add to remaining chocolate chips and sprinkle half of mixture on each loaf. bake 55-60 minutes. Serving Size: 1/8 of loaf (2 loaf recipe)
