Ingredients

    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    6 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 tsp Cardamom, ground

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a Mason jar. Add a small piece of vanilla bean (not sugar), and 5-6 pods of cardamom are better than ground. Refrigerate overnight, and serve cold. Serving Size: Two 1-cup servings
