    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    35.0 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop)
    3.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    Cinnamon
    Stevia
    Vanilla extract
    Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
