Ingredients

400.0 gram(s) hot italian pork sausage
    300.0 Grams Shrimp, cooked
    0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
6.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    2.0 cup Canned Tomatoes

Directions

Brown sausages in large soup pot. Remove and allow to cool. Cut into bite sized pieces. Chop all veggies to suit your preference. Replace sausages into pot. Add onions and peppers and cook over medium low heat stirring occasionally until onions and peppers are tender. Add all other veggies into the pot and increase cooking temp to medium. Cook for about 15 minutes stirring often. Add canned tomatoes and continue cooking stirring often. Add spices as desired. I add chili peppers but I like it hot. The longer you cook this the better it tastes. Add the cooked shrimp at the very end otherwise the shrimp gets rubbery. I also add Clearly Fibre to my bowl when it's done to increase my fiber. That's all there is to this recipe. Nothing fancy.
