Ingredients

    8 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    .25 tbsp Basil
    0.25 cup Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup (condensed)
    32.32 oz Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast

Directions

In a bowl mix olive oil, onion and garlic powder, chives and basil, then rub on the pork sirloin. pre heat oven at 350 degrees. Heat roasting pot then brown the sirloin on all sides. Then drain can of soup of liquid into a measuring cup and add water to two cups add this along with onion and carrots to the pot. can add salt and pepper to taste . Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours
