Ingredients

    6 serving mutton piece (by HALAIN)
    1 cup slices Parsnips
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Rosemary
    6 tsp Thyme, fresh
    5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
    1 serving Rutabega (1 cup cubes)
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 cup Grape Juice
    6 serving beef boullion cube (by EM4147)
    8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Directions

Grill mutton till nicely seared
Place in pressure cooker with spices
Add dry boullion and grape juice
Pressure cook at max 1 hr
Release pressure quickly
Debone, remove stems, leaves
Add veggies and enough water to cover
Slow cook till ready

Serving Size: Makes a pressure cooker load
