    1.0 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams)
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    6.0 Grams Chicken stock, home-prepared
    6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    5.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
    0.5 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D

Directions

Brown Italian sausage, remove from pan, add 2tbsp butter and saute peppers and onion until mostly soft. Add sliced shiitake, portabella, button mushrooms, and garlic. Continue sauteing until the mushrooms have released their juices. Add sausage back to pan along with fresh chopped basil and 1 can diced tomatoes. Add 6cups chicken stock and bring to boil for 15minutes. Add parmesan and black pepper. Add pasta and cook for time on package. Add a splash of milk for extra creaminess. During last 2minutes of pasta cook time, add the spring mix in 2 batches and cover pan for 1minute after each batch to barely wilt. The pasta should have soaked up any remaining liquid resulting in a creamy skillet. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated parmesan.
