Ingredients

    2 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    .50 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Ginger, ground
    .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 cup Butter, unsalted
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .75 cup, chopped Pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper in a 9x5 loaf pan leaving overlap on each side.Sift all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined. Stir in the nuts. Spread evenly in pan and bake 55 minutes until a pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack
