2 cup Whole Spelt Flour (or whole grain flour of choice)
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 cup Avocado,mashed
1 medium apple, shredded
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 cups Shedded Carrot
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup Unsweetened medium coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Organic Maple Syrup Grade A Dark

Honestly, once you've made muffins, do you really need instructions?
Combine the dry, add the wet, don't over mix, put in cups and bake.
400 for 10 mins, then reduce to 350 for an additional 10 until a toothpick comes out clean or with a couple of crumbs.
